I think it is completely a matter of taste. I asked for my kilt to be pleated to stripe, but to let the kilt maker choose the stripe.
ccga, thanks. Those two threads pretty much answered my questions. The funny thing is I now remember reading both of them when they first appeared. I would still like to know what program everyone was using to visually mock up the pleating??
This thread shows my own figuring out to do sett or stripe (and which stripe). The graphics were all done in Window's paint, no fancy Photo Shop. Adam
Right. You don't have to have Photoshop, but if you do , there are more tools to get it looking good. The paint program in windows will work fine.
