Why did the image of a crossed pair of white kilt hose on a blue background come to mind?
I'm tentatively scheduled to work the night of May 13th, so if we're meeting I need advance notice to get my shift changed.

The 13th is a Sunday, and I'm 7:30-5:00 er (aka 9-5), might I suggest the 12th and celebrate in proper fashion, and apparently I am free that night pub, Rite, band, kilted karaoke...I'm in!
It appears as though we are running several threads here so..
Fergus, I say go ahead and book the extra site, I'll cover my share even if I can't make it for some reason.... thats $100-$125 for the whole weekend.
Cheers
Dave

If all are in agreement I will book the site. As for a flag or a symbol lets work on one then I meet a woman in Guelph that would print up the shirts inexpensivley I like the idea of a pair of crossed kilt hose and a kilt in the middle sorta like a skull and cross bones idea if someone as the talent work with it and show us a design.

Southern Ontario Kilt Scotciety. Welcome to XMarks. You're surrounded by kilties who enjoy a drink now and then.

I think you've found a more local place for some SOKS. O'Finns Irish Temper in Oakville also has the same.

Agreed!... I seem to remember a graphic designer in this group somewhere...

So here's the latest SOKS map;

Uncle Ricky & myself are no longer appear to be the centre of the universe (thanks McMurdo, you moving threw the whole galaxy outta whack). RevJkb is now the pivot point (or actually 16 nautical miles due south of Mississauga).
Last official SOKS meeting was in Milton, so possibly May's gathering could be Hamilton South or Stoney Crick Area. Anyone know any places?
I am also going to have to renew my passport for when Wompet hosts SOKS. Then again Gary will find another excuse to keep me out of the States.

I was actually kidding about the flag. Although McMurdo is the graphic designer...
