Nevermind found this description on one of the ebay listings.
"These kilts are a special blend of polyester that has the look of real wool. These are wonderful kilts for the person that is allergic to wool or does not want to spend $300 on a wool kilt. This special blend is easy to care for and can be washed in on gentle in warm water and dried on low. The standard drop is 24 Inches (Waist to Knee). Leather buckles on both sides allow for adjustments in size."
