Can I assume you meant an "Aran" sweater, and not one favored by white supremacists?

As for the original question, I'll give the same answer I give whenever it comes up: Tuck in your shirt. Don't be a slob.

If it's casual (t-shirt, sweater, etc.) I wear it over. Formal occasions? Always tucked in.

It's pretty much the only thing my kilt and pants have in common.

Same here. I think tucked in for a shirt & T-shirt just makes a more gentlemanly apperance.

Uhh,,,how would you tuck it in if you're not wearing clothes? I always tuck my shirt tails in too, but only when I'm wearing clothes.

If I'm wearing a hoodie or something with the kilt, it's over the waistband of the kilt. I usually tuck a t-shirt in, unless I forget.

It depends on what I am wearing.
I am also a bit on the larger side, so t-shirts don't get tucked in. Sweaters are always outside though.
Fancier shirts get tucked in... but those are few and far between.
