Parasites. Thinking about them makes me nauseous. Gross gross gross. The idea of a worm in my intesti--I gotta go throw up now.

Claustrophobic here.
Although Spiders do freak me out if they are ON me, I am mostly content to be near them. I hate when you see one on the ceiling as you are about to fall asleep.
Humans freak me out more than any situations or creatures.

Chickens!
When I was about 3 or so, we visited a family member in the country who had a neighbor with a big, mean ole rooster wandering about. He jumped me and gaffed me pretty good, even drew blood.
So now, here I am, at 6' - 3", 230 lbs, and toting a phobic fear of chickens! I can control the panicky, sweaty, heat-pounding reaction somewhat through purposeful desensitization over the years, but I still don't like 'e.
Sneaky little b@$!@*ds fi you ask me. Always out to get you.

Honestly.... Butterflies.
Everyone laughs at me. I'm kinda percieved as this tough, outdoorsy, rugby playing guy by my friends, but Butterflies just creep me out.
I had a horrible experience in a place called 'The butterfly kingdom' as a kid where loads of them all landed on me at once and I couldn't see where I was going.
I'm fine with moths.

I will not be laughing at you that is for sure. Being OK with moths is a bit of a puzzel though. Do you know why butterflys but not moths?

Watching toenails being removed by anyone....especially since there's a podiatrist in the medical group with whom i work. I will pass out at the sight of a toenail being removed. Brains leaking through a bullet wound in a skull don't seem to bother me nearly as much as toenails. I have heard it said that every doctor has their limit....toenails are my limit.
That men do not learn very much from the lessons of history is the most important of all the lessons of history.

Moths tend to fly about somewhat more haphazardly than butterflies though

Contact lenses for me. Seeing someone put theirs in always make my eyes water. It's basically anything in the eyes. 20 years ago Worker's Comp had commercials on TV, a guy was hammering a chisel with no safety glasses on. The camera focuses on a little shard of metal flying off then cuts to a scene of the worker screaming and squinting. Heights so I took up rock climbing, got a handel on my fear but now its back. Can't even go near the glass floors at the CN tower! 1122 feet straight down, I'm sure the glass is strong enough but no way!
Oh and those Burger King comercials are just plain freaky. Imagine waking up with this staring at you in the morning, eh Erisianmonkey?

I can't do heights, just standing on a chair gives me vertigo. Massive head trauma freaks me out, which could prove to be an issue in the future. Also, that face from The Exorcist, the one that flashes on the screen for like a split second, I hate that. Sometimes I'll be lying in bed, and I'll get the fear of it so bad I won't even open my eyes. That's right, 21 years old and afraid of monsters in the dark.
