Question is it only the blokes that are lifted?

Just a thought, but do the women-folk get their kilts lifted? or is it a male only thing?

I'll bet 'cha it's just us. A woman would bust a guy in the chops if he did it

Its no longer acceptable to lift ladies kilts so in an age of equality no one should accept lifting guy's kilts either.

    Yea!

This has spoken of before in many ways.
Bottom line: If a man did it to a woman he may end up tossed on his head by her friends, the bouncers, or worse; in jail on charges or sexual assault.
when it happens to us, a whole range of possible outcomes.
from "The offender gets his butt kicked" to "The victim gets a new girlfriend"
It all depends who does the lifting!

I normally just respond that if they want to kilt check me, equal rights say it goes both ways. If they are willing to comply with that then it's fine by me, if not then all they get to see are my legs.

I've never been lifted but I get asked "the question" quite a lot. It shows how clearly people identify what I wear as a kilt; if I were wearing a sk--- they would never think to ask such a question.

I've been lifted more than a few times and half of those by men.
The last time I had moy nose broken while 'discussing' whether or not the offender had homosexual tendancies.

I've never been lifted either, but I like Moosedog have been asked the question as well.
The closest I've come to being lifted was once, while wearing my brown UK, a woman commented on how much she liked my skirt....and proceed to touch it and sorta lifted it up a bit to inspect the fabric. I sorta stepped back and said "be careful".....she said "what? ..oh!..sorry! " and giggled. We continued to talk about kilts, and then she went on her way....i've never seen her since.
