I always try to wear my kilt when voting. Here in Texas we have "Early Voting" for about a week before election day. Some days at the polls are rather slow with hardly anyone voting and the poor people who man the polls are usually bored to death. They perk right up whem someone comes in to vote. And if that person is in a kilt it makes their day.
