That is on the Chieftain's CD "Down the Old Plank Road", which came out back in 2003 -- they have a second CD now, "Further Down the Old Plank Road". Both show the distinct links between Scots & Irish music with traditional Appalachian/Bluegrrass music.

These are both great albums and anyone who likes either traditional Irish music or the American mountain music should take a listen.
I especially liked Alison Krauss doing Molly Ban. Although it is a tragic song, her performance is hauntingly beautiful.
About Earl Scruggs, he is credited with developing his own unique method of banjo playing, that was later adopted by other artists. Interestingly enough, he developed this style because he couldn't master the accepted style of the time.
