NO NO NO! This is probably the biggest NO NO to me. It just looks sloppy....but that's just an opinion 
Seriously the coat is too long and you would look like you are walking around in a bath robe.
Go to the thrift store and get an inexpensive jacket and just have it shortened at least. It will still look 100X better than a long suit coat.
