Kilted at H.S. Choir Concert
My son, the kilted Mohawk (no, not anymore, just his moniker) just returned from his High School Choir Concert.
He got permission from the principal to wear the kilt for it.
Solid Black Stillwater Hvywt.
Prince Charlie, Sporran, hose, flashes...the works.
He looked great, and got a multitude of compliments - not one negative word. Rocky and Jerry may be getting some business from tonight.
One parent even said to his son, "See that? I respect that kid, wearing the kilt. That is awesome. You should be his friend."
His son replied, "Uh, dad, I kind of already am."
The only thing better than his kilted responses was his singing.
I admit he surprised me. He was very good.

D'Argo is taking his kilt to school today because we didn't want to presume he had permission, but I suspect he'll be changing even as we speak. He has two presentations today and wanted to look his best, so he picked his kilt.
Smart boys we got.
