The MacGregor kilt I recently got was partly to honour my grandmother. My grandfather served with the Royal Welch Fusiliers in WW1 so I thought it would be nice to wear a RWF cap badge to honour him.
After some searching I found a link to the Fusiliers museum in Gwynned, Wales. I e-mailed asking if they could direct me to a nice reproduction.
Mr. Owen, the curator, informed me that I could purchase a GENUINE and ORIGINAL cap badge for 7 pounds including shipping. Soooooooooooo........
Can you say J-O-N-E-S-I-N-G?
