It is pathetic that anyone should bother to save that to YouTube! Well, maybe not, but really! The kilted guy is 'Snatch Haggis', a professional wrestler in the USA who is known for his Utilikilt wearing in the ring. I have met him several times and he's a really nice fellow. The orange camo seems to be his trademark as he was wearing it before I first met him about seven years ago!
