I've got your back brandy. Best wishes for your daughter. I know as a parent that pediatric mental health is an extremely underserved specialty in the Southeast, at least, and how difficult it is to get the right diagnosis, the right mix of therapies, and decent insurance coverage.

15 months is a long time. I'm going to pray that when your daughter comes out of therapy, she will bring you joy, and also will feel more joy herself.
And I will pray for peace and some degree of serenity...and a big dollop of wisdom for you, too.
