...nothing against NYC...I really love it...ya gotta love New York or you have no soul. Just that it's a busy summer and my wife decided that we HAVE to have a little family trip. I offered to just stay home with the dogs but no go... At least I'll have the deeply spiritual experience of having my corned beef sandwich at the Carnegie Deli...don't laugh, but I actually dream about sitting in the CD and eating a Corned Beef...sometimes it's a Reuben but i DO have dreams about it. And this time I'll be eating it kilted! Best AA
Be prepared to wait in line for the $20 sandwich you are dreaming about.

Go To Katz Deli On Houston St On The Lower East Side. The Food And Service Is Much Better. The Place Is A Slice Of Old Ny. And Has A Good Selection Of Beer On Tap.

So when are you coming? I'll warn the locals! I pass the Carnegie all the time walking across town, NEVER eaten there, but have had great corned beef or a reuben in many other delis!
