It stills leaves me wondering a bit now, since the under apron pleat covers 1/2 of the velcro or so that I sewed in so many steps ago.
I think I need to move the velcro up to the waistband, and nearer the edge of the over apron anyways. Otherwise the last couple of inches of over apron is just hangin there.
I'm just geting to this, but looks like the F-H.C.A.G. got you set straight.
No worries if a few inches of the waistband of the under-apron "just hang there". I mean, if it's 16 inches, that's not gonna work, but if it's 3-4-5 inches, the belt will help it stay in place. Alternatively, you could hand-sew a little snap in there or something i fyou were really worried about it.
I also wind up with the under-apron pleat over some of the velcro, sometimes, when I make one. Sometimes I rip it out and hand-stitch it in, again, UNDER the upper part of the under-apron pleat. It just depends on how much is covered.
Looking forward to seeing the pics!
