New member starts an X-Kilt

...It stills leaves me wondering a bit now, since the under apron pleat covers 1/2 of the velcro or so that I sewed in so many steps ago.
I think I need to move the velcro up to the waistband, and nearer the edge of the over apron anyways. Otherwise the last couple of inches of over apron is just hangin there.

I had the same problem with my velcro, so I just ripped it partly up and then sewed it back on over the large pleat (helps hold it in place anyway)-see the Corduroy X-Kilt thread.
