My favorite little Thai restaurant in the DC area is called Rincome and it's located in Arlington, VA on Columbia Pike. It's got a lot of really authentic dishes. Nopadon loves it because he can go in there and just order dishes from his childhood and they can make it as long as they have the ingredients even though the items aren't on the menu.

Well, I bring it up because they have the most fabulous roast duck with mixed vegetables. I always order it made spicy. Yummm!

If anyone's in the DC area, I highly recommend the place. It's at 3030 Columbia Pike not too far from the Pentagon.

A food safety handling course is a good idea with any type of fowl.

Xmarks is a great forum, serves a noble purpose, and has great folks members, admins, and mods.

I have to agree with Fedgunner.

There are plenty of forums to discuss the other. We need a place like xmarks.
