There used to be one in Tulsa, but it appears that it's not going to happen this year, as their website is still referring to 2006. http://www.tulsascottishgames.org/

I've tried emailing people listed on the site, but the emails either bounce or disappear with no response. I have no idea why there appears to be no festival this year.

Looks like you missed one in March:

    http://www.uscoscots.org/Festival_News.htm

Although from the City of Tulsa Pipes and Drums page it says:
The CTPD is a fixture at the Oklahoma Scottish Games every third weekend in September at River West Festival Park where many individual members work hard to bring a competitive piping and drumming event to the Tulsa area.
So perhaps the games are the third weekend in September and they are just a wee bit slow in updating the tulsascottishgames.org website? They've had them for 28 years so I don't think they would just up and quit doing it.

There goes another games... I'll be in Tulsa the weekend before, but by games time will have crossed Missouri, be somewhere in Illinois, and headed for Kentucky.

Sorry, RossCroft, my planned mileage grew somewhat so I don't have the luxury of heading out your direction. But do enjoy the games, as I'm sure you will.
