takes you to a web belt, several colour choices, $US9.38. They call this one a GI Pistol Belt.
Mine is similar, with the old style, I guess, twisty key buckle thing. I have two, black and OD, get good compliments on them. I wear either one depending on match, unless, of course, you're not going to see the belt (jacket, sweater).

In ALL honesty,
I'd raise it to $40-ish and get Cavscout's Reiver belt!
(Oconee Leather Works)
It is SIGNIFICANTLY better as a wearable belt than cheaper ones.
I'd compare it to a "recent, but used" honda, while most of the others are decade old Yugos. The price difference is MUCH less than the quality difference.

Kilt Belts on the cheap...
Hi, folks! Anyone ever been to a friendly local T J Maxx? You'd be amazed what belts you can scare up there. In the past several weeks, I've seen a bunch of wide, decent-looking belts in the ladies-wear section (belts for jeans, no doubt) and they were all less than $15!

Nothing is worn under the kilt...everything works just fine!!

K-Mart has nice thick men's belts with big Hammered "pewter" buckle. I get 2 sizes larger to accomodate the bulk of the kilt. Looks great. $15.00

This is good advice. I've seen wide belts in the ladies' section at Walmart and thought they'd look great on a kilt.
I can also say that my black belt and waistplate from Stillwater look just fine and that my dark brown toolbelt from Lowe's is a perfect casual belt.
Every one of these solutions in under $30.
