Well, I am a professional trainer, and it is fact that written communtication can only get across a message with only about 30 percent of the effectiveness of face to face verbal interaction.

We humans depend on the non-verbals (body language) and even the speeed, tone, timing, and volume of speech, much more than the words themselves.

So, my advice is just to take the time to re-read your post before you actually put it up to make sure it is the best you can get your point across.
