Phil... the fishing is great, was fishing for Arctic Grayling right here in Fairbanks the other day... was a blast.

Irish Rob... I have many friends that live on Chena Hot Springs Road... and I grew up in Vancouver Wash.

ncof300d.... I personally am not kilted all the time, but you can wear a kilt most of the year. Basically, if you could go out in slacks, you could wear your kilt. At -20f of -30f it doesn't make much difference. I actually have worn my kilt at -40f.... and have a pic of me next to a bank sign displaying the temp at -30.
