In downtown Cincinnati we have a Celtic themed restaurant called Nicholson's. The manager/owner regularly wears a Kilt, as do most of the wait staff. In fact if a customer shows up kilted, they usually get a free drink from the bar.

jdb beat me to it. You usually have to ask for your free pint.

On the other hand, this place is nearly always empty except right before a show at the Aronoff Center. however, the Claddah Irish Pub (chain) no kilts in sight and always packed. Some of this is location though. Nicholson's owners also run "The Pub" which is a Brittish themed place, and a few of the bartenders wear kilts some of the time.
