Great pics, all, Glen! Thanks especially for this one. It's nice to see the kinsmen representing. The difference between the Barclay dress and Barclay weathered is pretty dramatic when you see them side by side, eh?

Looks like you guys had a great time, and it's nice hearing that Grant finally got that elusive kilt check...and I'm assuming that wasn't when he was wearing the "wanker" tee, though.

[b][SIZE=2] In Soviet Russia, kilt wears you.

I tried to join the Clan Barclay, mentioned your name, too. They said "Shove off, Wanker".

Someday, you'll have to meet me ma. You can ask her, I can never get a clear answer but I think she had me dragging swords around before I could walk. I was training at a military college (help me, Edinburgh people, near the barracks and Oxgangs, riding stables and all) when I was six.

I wasn't allowed toy guns until I was too old to play those kinds of games, twelve or thirteen. (Little brother went on to be highest rated sniper in Canada in '70 something.)

Did seem to more swords at this event than others.

I mean, really, Grant - what were you thinking? Half-laced boots, rolled hose, and tartan flashes? Sheesh.

You guys thought I was going to mention the sporran again, didn't you?
