I was just browsing the Stillwater site and noticed they now carry a version of sporran hangers.

I just received a pair of these in the mail today. They work quite well, and if you want to slide the sporran to your side, all you have to do is unsnap one of the straps from the belt, slide it around, and resnap the strap. It takes all of five seconds.
