    Kilt for the beach

Not too sure about this one but it might be just the answer next time at the beach, and it's made in Scotland - http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/scotland/...nd/6958350.stm

Yes sirree... that item was very popular with a certain couple known to frequent a brewery hereabouts on kilt night. Right side up, upside down, it seemed to work either way.

I nearly bought one of those in Edinburgh earlier this summer but decided I'd shopped too much already.

I like them and will eventually get one. Good to see a small company come up with a huge hit hot product. Good for them!

Yes, It took me a minute to figure it out as well, but the mane of beauitiful red hair finally gave it away.

    "Get a room?"

But a kilt is much cheaper for us thrifty Scots! As they say, it's easier to run away with your kilt up than with your pants down.

I see that Jamie had a little to much whiskey at one of the kilt nights.

Saw them for $20 at a vendor at the Flagstaff, AZ games but the quality of the cloth made it pretty much useless for me - even for a beach towel. I'm sure its worth it for the extensive screen printing done - but that's what it looked like to me...screen printed on one side.

More a novelty gift than something to use, even to dry off with...just my opinion.

    Ron,

walkerk and the Amazing Madalyn have gotten far more than $20 enjoyment putting various people in it for the amusement of the Nor Cal Rabble.

Ah Josh, my Flame-Haired Celtic Amazon Goddess is far more intoxicating than the finest blood of “John Barleycorn”.
