OK Folks, can we stop with the Frugal Corner bashing. They are either trying to get it together or falling apart. Time will tell but, IMHO, the two ro three threads on this subject have explored all the possibilities.

Well, it's now a week since I (finally-after two weeks!) got a short email last Sunday
(19th )from Mark B., promising to "take care of it tomorrow" and send me the shipping info. The order from July 8th.
However, so far (Saturday 25th) no shipping info. and no order (kilt & belt-prepaid) and no further communication! Is this company perhaps Going Under and we're not being told????? It's not a vast amount of money, but still ?????

I just received my "loaner" kilt from FC. They went out of their way to make sure that I had a kilt for my vacation. After a little initial confusion FC has done everything they can to help me. Thanks Mark!

Doesn't sound like bashing to me. Just seems to be sharing facts, which is one of the great things about this board. We share the good and the not so good with each other.
All flows back to the sage customer warning, You can have any two (or less) of price, quality, or service.
Guessing we'll soon have answers.

I keep telling myself; "All good things come to those who wait". So am now officially in my "Wait & See" mode. (Seven weeks today since this all began).
Obviously if it all turns out O.K. (eventually?) I'll let you all know. If it doesn't I'll (Quietly) tell you - then move on and just deal with another company. No point in whining forever.

Last Frugal post
Bad Customer Service is bad costomer service no matter how you cut it, there are a couple of folks that have a right to complain and we are working on it to get things fixed.
We have not exploded or imploded just a few growing pains.
As a final note
We will not be taken part in XMARKS as FRUGAL CORNER going forward. XMARKS has decided not to renew out advertising and it would be unfair for us to continue, as a company, to take part in discussions . We may log in as individuals but we will not take part in any reviews of our products nor will we post any specials, contests, or other promotion things.
Cheers
Mark W
