Thanks! I made the belt using an 18th century style "double-D" buckle in pewter, with iron tongues. I bought the buckle years ago off a guy at a reenactment, and have never seen a pewter one for sale anywhere again. Brass ones are readily available....

The hangers look great with the Rob Roy sporran. I have a day sporran that I wear with the hangers, they are very comfortable for us men of substance and do hold the sporran in the right place. The leather in the hanger I have is rather stiff, I suppose the leather will soften up with use.
