I can help you with that! Send me some money, and I swear I'll never send you anything in return!

I think you are all missing the obvious. The only thing we are dealing with is time. I am quite sure that Jerry has mastered to ability to control time to do hid bidding. He is actually taking weeks to fill your order then returning back in time and sending your order. He is fiendishly clever never to ship it befor it is ordered. I keep ordering just looking for a slip up..That is the only viable explanation as to how my sporran hanger arrived so quickly......

All this gushing about speedy service.
Well I placed an order Monday afternoon (kids sporran and a new kilt for the wee one), and it took until Thursday morning to show up. Nearly 3 days, any longer and the jones might have killed me.

It is pretty terrible how Jerry just drops stuff in the mail when he could simply get in his car and have to most of us within 24 hours. Some people are just dancing to a different drum I suppose......

Jerry's customer service and delivery speed are second to none. However, and I must be honest because I felt I was misled, I was extremely disappointed with every product I received from Stillwater (except the buzz kidder sporran), they all seemed to be cheap and substandard. I feel that, if Stillwater obtains some better quality merchandise, it'll be one heck of a store.

May be so according to some standards, but for we unsophisticates who in no way can fork over hundreds of dollars for one kilt, Stillwater is a Godsend and I have yet to have a SWK unravel, fall off, blow up over my head, or fall to pieces. Their garments are quite servicable day to day garments, I have many, and wear them all the time. Still have a couple of pairs of pants (just to say I possess them, not to wear). My Saffron with matching fly plaid feels great and always draws very positive comments. (see Avatar), that's a SWK. Love 'em!

Well, you can buy over $500.00 worth of merchandise at The Scotland Yard, pay $75.00 down and then pay $50.00 per month until the balance is paid off.. I know this is possible because I've done it several times. You simply need to contact them first to set up your time pay plan. If you can buy a kilt from any of the XMarks sponsors, you can set up a time pay plan.

I could not agree more! I have 3 SWK kilts, 2 thrifty 1 economy, that I wear on a daily basis. On my income with a wife that is disabled it is the only way I can afford kilts. Would I love a handmade tank from Scotland? You bet! But I am able to buy casual kilts from SWK without breaking the bank. I have had very favorable reviews for my Irish National economy kilt and plan to save up for a SWK Night Stalker standard. I just can't wait for the Night Stalker leather sporran to hit the market.
Thanks SWK!

By all accounts I've read here, your experience is unusual. I've ordered a number of items from them, and have found none of them to be substandard. I will grant you that if you put an SWK next to one of Barbara Tewksbury's kilts, for instance, it will be obvious which is the more expensive, higher quality kilt. On the other hand, why would anyone expect a $30.00 kilt to be the same quality as a $500.00 kilt? For the amount of money you spend on an SWK (especially the Standard) you cannot get a better kilt anywhere else.
