    I do believe that Sportkilt carried some Hawaiian prints at some point. Maybe they still do.

    I say if you like the look go for it. Kilts are about personal freedom and taste anyways, not what others think.

    "Meaningful" ???

    I'd think some Hawaiian Islanders would take exception to tartans being called more meaningful than that associated with their homeland.
    In that regard is my Anderson tartan somehow more meaningful than Hibiscus flowers since I only got it because it's a good-looking tartan to me ? Hardly.
    Opinions are fine but usually biased.
    Never argue with anybody's Grandma, especially if she makes a fine-looking kilt.


    CT - but then I think Disneylanders are wierd too ....
