No, there were no clootie dumplings, but I did get Doug rather into tablet.
I let him try a little piece and before you know it he had bought two bars and one bag to take away with him.
And he was putting rather large chunks of it in his coffee.

Yes, it was a really fun time and Greg, Doug and Ted couldn't have been nicer.
If nothing else, having Americans visit always helps to remind me of how lucky I am that everything around here is so old and beautiful.

I am very pleased you looked after our American brothers & show them what good Scottish hospitally is all about. The pictures are great & you all looked like you were having a good time. I hope they take away a good memory of the fantastic city where I was born.
