Why would anyone who could afford those shoes want to wear tiny skulls on their feet anyway? Would it be some sort of semi-secret rebelliousness...the kind in which only the wearer knows that he's rebelling? Hmmm...very interesting!

Apparently the skull and bones is from an old English cavalry regiment. So it isn't a sign of rebellion.
