Hmm. Torn over this one. I think it could be nifty, but I think he'd need to find a more red and white kilt. On the other hand, Santa is Odin in a funny hat, and I've never seen reference to Odin in a kilt. On the other, other hand, Norse blood does flow pretty strongly through the Highlands & Islands, so maybe....
Still, needs to color coördinate better.

Get rid of either the cowboy boots or the hose, and get a tartan with more red in it. Other wise, I think it looks pretty good.

What gets me are the red shotgun shells in the belt!! Yet, no shotgun in sight!

If minor changes are made it would be much better... Like get a vest that fits and don't tuck it in. Get a proply fitted kilt. Loose the shot shell belt.. Then go with more of a cross draw rig..
