Testy aren't we? So have you found/come up with a name yet? I kinda like Delores personally.

No, I think that you meant "Delorian", after that fancy stainless steel car...

That is a rather distinguished looking bit of cloth - I can just visualise it maybe somewhere exclusive on the French Riviera...

I've seen similar tartans and if my memory serves me (which the older I get the more my memory is on the fritz) but I'm thinking a Douglas ancient. However, I like your name: Light Grey Leatherneck Urban Warfare tartan number 16, grey urban warfare for short?

The sample that Steve has is awaiting the funds to be made into a kilt for me. He has had it since June so I hereby claim the right to also put forth a name based on longevity of ownership. Owing to the grey, red and blue colours, the material puts me in the mind of a roadway, arteries and veins therefore my suggested name is Freeway Roadrash. Regardless whether the name is accepted or not, it will be a gorgeous kilt when done. Congratulations James! Not only are we "Men of Substance" but also "Men of Incredibly Good Taste".

I agree! If Freeway Roadrash and Urban Warfare don't don't go hand in hand, I don't know what does.....
