Edinburgh Gathering 2009 -- The Real "Global" Kilt Event

I hope I'm not posting something that's already been posted. I looked but didn't see anything.

So I was wondering if anyone here is planning on attending the ultimate kilt night out -- the Edinburgh Gathering, July 25/26 2009 culminating in a parade of kilted posers like us from Holyrood Palace up the Royal Mile to Edinburgh Castle for a Pageant of the Clans.

I'm planning to cross the pond for this one. Afterwards, my clan MacCallum Malcolm is going to hold its Annual Meeting with our Chief, Robin Malcolm at his estate, Duntrune castle in Poltalloch.
