I'd try kilted snowshoeing, but, as been stated before, I'd worry about snow going up the kilt.

I plan to this year. Snowshoed back in 1995 and have been wanting to do it ever since, but either didn't find a place to rent them from, or have enough time to get back up there. Did it in jeans back then. Yes, it was cold. Would've been warmer, if I had access to kilts, like I do today.

Well, better on the back of the kilt, than when you make a misstep, and the snow goes up under the back of the kilt. That gets your attention really quick.

Actually Corey asked if I were interested in winter camping, snowshoeing in. It would be the first time snowshoeing although I used to go cross country skiing. Ever since I broke my knee 10 years ago winters have not been kind.

Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!!! Not only for the snowshoeing, but my winter job is hauling snow. We call it WHITE GOLD!
