    The tartan runner

No, this is not about a marathoner dressed in a kilt. I was cutting some material for shipping and needed the whole front hall to lay it out. I felt moved to share this wonderful sight with the rest of you.

especially you, Raptor. Drool on, cuz. 6 yards of 18 oz Gordon Modern.

Sorry guy, I couldn't resist. You are welcome to retaliate in any manner you see fit.

I had to click on this post just to see if it was a table set for a holiday meal of some guy out running in a kilt.

I purchased a McTablecloth at Target a few years ago that was quite nice with gold and silver threads. It was more substantial than most tartan material available at fabric stores. Just think, you could buy two, make a kilt, and match your decor for the Holidays.

My wife uses left over fabric form my Wallace kilt for a table runner for Christmas. With greenery it looks very striking.

    Thanks,

You have another House of Gordon cousin drooling!!! and slobbering.

That's a view usually only seen by millworkers and kiltmakers.

    What a treat.
