Seems to have the same problem as I.
I find smaller kilts that fit my slim waist size, but they'll look like a mini-kilt. Then I'll find one that is long enough, but I have enough room for another me so-to-speak. Plus I'm still growing and I still have my sportkilt to wear, so I'm good for now.

I ordered one from Pete at www.canadiancasualkilts.com
These was no way my son was getting anything but PV. It's machine washable, not nearly as flamabe as some other materials, and Pete was able to add in a hem make it so that the kilt can be let out as he grows.
It's a great looking kilt and Pete did an amazing job.
