If you want the accessories AND the kilt. I would recommend getting the casual model from USAK (you're wanting a Fraser tartan right? That's your BEST option.) Depending on your waist size it'll cost you somewhere under $150 for the kilt. That leaves you some bucks to buy yourself a sporran, a pair of hose, and maybe a belt if you so desire. I see he's got that casual outfit package for under your budget. If your package allowed enough room under your budget you might could talk to Rocky about upgrading to a thicker belt and/or a pair of colored hose instead of the off white pair.
