Forget these guys Jake - Just lead by example and offer plenty of opportunities for him to wear the kilt in situations where others are doing so. Most kids his age are terribly concerned about how others view them and don't want to stand out.

Thanks all. I've offered to get him a kilt (no surprise there) -- one of his friends even has an SK. Perhaps one year he'll ask for one. In the mean while he really likes his Clan MacPherson T-shirt.
Not sure that he's a Thor, more of a Loki He sure does love swords, wonder where he gets that from?
