OK well I had to look up the emails to see when they were ordered, but I am jonesing too.
I have a box pleat in Leslie regimental ordered in August, and a weathered MacPherson in September, so I guess it's gonna be a while.
They ARE worth the wait though, I must say.
At least y'all aren't waiting as long as some of my customers have had to the last few years. Some of them waited two years plus. I feel good, I'm less than a year behind right now.
Keep up the good work, Matt ! And don't let the whining (er, Jonesing) get you down.

I'm trusting you're not a transplant surgeon!

Howard is an artist who does amazing things in steel. Long, sharp things in steel. ;)

In my estimation that puts Howard at the front of the line.

Definitely not a transplant surgeon, Grant. I find humans just too frustrating to deal with. Gimme a fire, hammer, and some steel, and I'm a happy guy.
I would not dare to try and rush a craftsman who does such fine work as Matt does. No intimidation with long pointy sharp steel things is allowed. It takes as long as it takes. Sometimes it is frustrating to wait, but the best work is not rushed in any way. ;)
I thought making kilts would be a breeze, and the last two turned out ok, but I'm money ahead just paying Matt to do it better than I can. Maybe with several more I could get sort of close to kinda good at it, but I think I'll stick to blades and pay Matt for kilts. I am probably gonna have to order a tank from someone at some point, but that is a substantial investment and I am still saving up to do so. Trying to decide what tartan to get next is the thing holding me up right now.

Jonesing for sure, I just had a knock on my front door. I almost fell getting to the door. Alas, it was not a delivery man, just a good friend.

Dangit! I hate when there is some friend instead of a delivery man!

Well, Matt has got my cloth, so I guess I'm in the lineup now.
