That background is much like the ones I keep seeing every time I read about another vacuous vapid person (i.e. "what's her name" oh, you know, she used to be married to K-Fed) has a press conference or stands still to be adored by the other vacuous throngs...which could explain the numerous "don'ts" like the pink faux bunny sporran, the horrid skirt (or whatever that is), the fact that he's out in public looking like that...
