Alan, I apologize for taking so long to get back to you. Murphy and his infamous Law have done an admirable job of keeping me busy with other tasks.
Go ahead and pull the skirt instructions into a thread here, so people can access them right here.

BTW, I've started two mini's (finished one) as of late that are hybrids of the X-Kilt and this X-Skirt. I'm sorry that I didn't post detailed pics, but life has been out of control lately and that just adds one more step to the construction. I will post final pics when both are done and worn. One is a Christmas gift to my sister in law (who has a 15-19 inch taper, depending on where she wears it!), the other is for me (whose taper is less impressive).
