I'm up for any night in January (or several !) except the 18th, my usual "Out Astoria" function that night. I'll announce our Ian's Burns night (dinner /dance) as soon as I have the date, usually the first week in Feb. Though not right at Robert's birthday, a huge turnout nonetheless.

Lots of kilt wearing for me in December, tree getting, parties, Christmas Eve at 5th Ave. Presb. & my own big party. I have tons or pictures to prove it !

Good to know that the partying never stops in the city that never sleeps! Though I won't be able to join you, I'm glad to hear that there will another Burns celebration, and one which draws such a large crowd.

Right now looks like we're still targeting Saturday the 19th.

Clann an Uabhair (Family of Pride) holds theirs on Feb. 23rd this year, First Presbyterian Church. Dinner & dancing, I think it's $60 this year, Check their site for details, ALL are welcome.

Lads and lassies, there has now been enough time to recover from all the holiday imbibing to think of the NYC contingent of X Marks Burns Dinner. Our own Chef, the accomplished Addresser, has graciously consented to bring his talents to provide an Address to the Haggis exclusively for us.

When: Saturday, January 19th at 5:00 P.M. EST.
Where: St. Andrew's Restaurant, 120 W. 44th St. (just west of 6th Ave/Ave of the Americas).

Please speak up and be counted for reservations!
