    (For what it's worth, I have the same problem with getting sporran belts the right size. I remove some of the chain links and shorten the leather straps. Seems to do the trick.)
    Ah yes, I will do some more work on the thing. I wasnt really sure what the acceptable length for a sporran to hang was, so I just go with what was comfortable. I like my "body armor." I do appreciate you pointing it out though, it does look a bit odd. I will remedy that for my next kilted out fit.

    You really do look fantastic. You've come on leaps and bounds and you definitely do the kilt justice.
    The sporran rule tends to be that you should have the top of the sporran a hands-breadth below your belt / waistcoat. That way the sporran works as a good guard for your goolies (Can I use that term on here?) and still looks good in proportion to the rest of the outfit.
    It depends, of course, on how big your hands are!
