This was classic, I was told today that the shipping was delayed because they could not find my address. They did not want to upset me further so they didn't ask me for my address again.
Yeah...
So it sat there and was not shipped, the decision to not ask me for my address was to not annoy me further apparently. My question is this..what would annoy you more, asking for the address or the continuation of zero product being sent.

I hope they shape up. If they could only get their act together, they could be a great asset to the kilt community. But, unless they start treating their customers like… well… customers, I think I'll sit out anymore kilts from them. A really great product, but terrible customer relations.

Shane, I'm sorry for your experiences with FC. This thread has me resolved not to try them again.

its a rough crowd
A big "Thank you" to those that have pointed out that not everybody has had a bad experience.
The reason we have posted our inventory online is because we LISTENED to our customers, and made the adjustment to make things easier for them.
We have also:
Implemented an order tracking system in mid December
Made a LARGE investment in stock & inventory
Maintain a 98.5% satisfaction rating (ebay)
Added more tartans
Added more sporrans
(and to the gentleman that questioned my military comment and called me an Elitist...I did serve sir.. 1981 to 1993 in the U.S. Marines and from 1993-2002 in the National Guard, I retired in 2002,,, I hope 21 years counts)

I opened my delivery and this is what I found about one of the two kilts I ordered:
Positive: the 16 oz. fabric is a hefty weight, and looks like it will wear nicely with a good swing.
Negative: The tartan is a lot darker than in the photo on the website, which I haven't decided as to whether I like it or not, plus the buckles on both kilts are defintely on the cheap side, but that's not surprising, given the price, I guess. How it wears, though, given that, remains to be seen.
I had decent customer service, with responses to my emails within 24 hours, especially given that I botched the order when I placed it. Delivery was in 4 business days from the day I placed the order. For this area, that's about the same as shipments from his neighbor, Stillwater Kilts.
Grading:
Service: A-
Delivery: A
Product: B
If anyone is interested, I'll try to update this as the kilt is used and I get some sense of how it holds up
