Morning all
Just stopped off at the FC page and they are now showing IOS in one of their pix and below the pix is the tagline Isle of Skye… Nulty

That's a crop of one of my pics posted above that FC is using.

More pics (then I’ll stop): Sunlit front, sunlit rear, and shaded rear.
I still cannot make a photo of the indirect half-light look that has (a little) less shine and more color balance. The third pic below comes closest.

Why don’t I model the bl thing myself already? Too lazy to set up the camera tripod (and ironing board).

Well, how do we know what tartan colors looked like when the paint on those old portraits was still wet?
The very bright colors may even be authentic to 300 years ago!
Way back in…1992…?

Have to admit it's not the IoS tartan I'm used to seeing, but for bright I kind of like it.

Have to loose weight, before the Sect. of the Treasury will allow any new kilt purchases (aside from the 2 on order already).
