OK since nobody else has posted any pics yet, I'll start a thread with a few of mine:-
The rabble arrives outside the visitor centre at Caerlaverock Castle on Sunday.
Then KiltedKop45 went up to the balcony and played us a few tunes on his bagpipes.
Then I climbed the south east corner tower to take this view of some of the rabble standing on the south range.
Then the lassies went round the outside of the moat to photograph the line of bold defenders,
They asked us to show our pleats too.
The castle from the south west corner, with a few of the rabble in foreground.
I include this as the castle is rarely photographed from the south-east due to the sun favouring pics from other angles.
Next we visited the site of the original castle.
The last of the rabble returned to the visitor centre for refreshments.
