Well, you can't know everyone. I've been in Schadenfreude for about 8 years now, and not as a ghost member either. This last Estrella on Friday I was the only Schadenfreude member on the field actually wearing our household colors.
I am also currently the major domo for the household. I don't get involved in the kingdom's politics or regular ongoings so much anymore, and pretty much only familiar with the barony of twin moons and my house, so I don't belong to the Aten List because I don't need another 1000 emails hitting me on a regular basis.
Well if you're out at Highlands War, or Great Western here soon, i'll look you up and have a pint w/ you if you'd like and formally introduce myself. Cheers until then.

I'm married to a "Duchess" who joined the SCA in AS 6. Never had any real interest in it myself, but attended a few events with her before we were married. What probably put me off were the minority of folks who took it way to seriously, spoke "forsoothly" all the time, and confused the fantasy of playing SCA with the reality of the "mundane" world.

Not one, but I'm going to Estrella for Saturday night. I'll be camped near KFP or sleeping beside the street.

Not me, but I have a long time ladyfriend in Phoenix who's deep in for years. She usually works security...a devout fan of swords and Glock. No clue what her outfit is.
Have seen some SCA deals at Highland Games and for some reason just didn't interest me much. Know them that are interested have fun...and I keep hearing about something called "wenches".....
