Wow, sounds like you really have taken the plunge! I think you'll really appreciate the extra ventilation a kilt affords during our hot summer weather.
There'll be a number of us XMTS members or members of the local kilt-wearer group, The Sonoran Scotsmen, at the Phoenix Games. We're planning on meeting at the on-site Pub (wherever that will be) after the opening ceremonies on the 23rd. Please stop by & introduce yourself - we'll look forward to meeting you!

Red pretty much sumed it all up, but definitely welcome to Xmarks! I look forward to sharing a dram with you on the 23rd. I'm the founder of the Sonoran Scotsmen which is a group here in the valley that trys to get together about once a month if possible, and we just go out to local pubs in our kilts, and enjoy the night. If you'd like more info check out www.sonoranscotsmen.com and you'll see some pictures as well as a link to join our group to stay in touch when future events will be held.
Slainte!

from a delightfully warm (60.1°F, 15.6°C) but not at all sunny (overcast clouds at 15000 feet) central Maryland. That wardrobe sounds like the envy of the forum.
Best wishes for a very pleasant trip.
