I have never heard a woman comment in a negative way on how men get more attention in their kilt than the ladies do in their formal wear. However, what I have noticed is perhaps a subtle to less-than-subtle effort on the ladies' part to wear more low-cut or otherwise daring evening gowns to our Rabbie Burns Dinners. Or, it's just my imagination. The ladies still have my first attention.
